@wtf yo, u can also create diy high voltage emps (let those with practical experience with tinkering create it), along with faraday bags and thermal material  masks so tht a face recognizing system doesnt work properly even if they take an ir scan, and remember to wear IR resistant sunglasses so tht even if ur eyes are targeted for a database scan, u wont be found out immediately. and u should carry an extra set of clothes and footwear on u ( and a bag if possible) so tht lets say tht u want to make a getaway escape, then u just change everything and put it in the other bag tht was in your backpack
