This is a Manhua.ย Of course the main villain foreigner would be Indian, Japanese, or American.ย
Just like how in Manhwas, Japan is 99% of the time, a super villain level threat.ย Or arrogantly getting crushed by monsters and needing a Korean being the only one who can save the day for a price.ย ย
Almost every nation has a foreign group who is their stock villain to use when you need a simple and easy group for evil activities.ย Unless you're Japan, in which case you just make your own evil organization or use aliens.
