If only he can see the Appraisal results then why didnt he just use it instead of announcing it to the whole room? It's not like he's running on "It's rude to do it without consent" logic since he's been spamming it on people since he's got here, and it's not like they will notice anyway since he has used it on people before who were like a foot away.
