Spoiler!
Arel notices that Valar, has been avoiding her. With Mehen’s help, she enters a special portrait room in the Halbern mansion. The room is filled with paintings of the Halbern family. While exploring, she finds a portrait of a woman named Sione Sigrida Halbern (her mother) Arel suddenly realizes that this woman is her mother. This shocks her, especially because the portrait suggests that her mother is directly connected to the Halbern family. Arel is confused and overwhelmed, realizing there may be a hidden secret about her birth.

Arel’s life in Halbern Manor, has become chaotic. Recently, she is forced to drink a strange “elixir” sent by the Crown Prince. The drink changes color every day and tastes terrible, making her suspect it might be poison. Even though others believe it’s healthy and praise its effects, Arel thinks her improvement is actually from exercising, not the potion. Still, she has no choice but to drink it under everyone’s watch. Arel’s relationship with her father is complicated and often frustrating. He teases her, makes her play exhausting games, and doesn’t seem to take things seriously, which annoys her. Despite this, he clearly cares about her and tries to spend time with her, even if his way of showing affection is clumsy. Arel often says she doesn’t want to be close to him, but she still gets affected by his actions and emotions. One day, her father surprises her with a room full of musical instruments. Arel is shocked but excited, especially because she loves music.
I like to post spoilers for the stories I find interesting because I don't have much time to read novel due to busy schedule you will find me in most romantic historical manhwa comment sections

@Introvert  So
Spoiler!
She chooses to play the violin and performs a beautiful piece. Even though her body is weak and struggles to keep up, her performance is amazing and moves everyone who hears it. Many people gather just to listen, praising her talent and calling her a genius. After playing, Arel feels physically exhausted but emotionally fulfilled. She realizes she wants to live longer and enjoy her life more, even though she believes her time might be limited. Her father reassures her in his own way, encouraging her to smile and not give up hope. Though he jokes a lot, he deeply cares for her and is proud of her talent. Meanwhile, outside Halbern Manor, major events are happening. A magical Sky Tower appears after 154 years, shocking the people. At the Imperial Palace, Emperor is stressed with political matters, including the tower’s return and issues involving powerful figures like Arel’s family. Elsewhere, Duke Idicels, who has been stuck far from home for years, longs to return. There is a tense conversation between Duke Idikels and Regent Locke. Locke questions him about the return of the Archduke of Halbern. Idikels tries to stay calm and uses his talent for diplomacy to avoid trouble. He has a special ability to sense how much others like or trust him, and he uses this to survive dangerous political situations. Locke seems suspicious, especially when the topic of the Archduchess is mentioned, which is clearly sensitive. Idikels barely manages to change the subject and escape the situation.
Then
Spoiler!
The focus shifts to Valar and Mehen. Valar talks about how he cannot love normally and questions whether his feelings for Arel are love or just attachment because she reminds him of his lost sister. Mehen challenges him but cannot fully answer. It becomes clear that Arel is extremely important to Valar rather more than revenge, power, or anything else. Valar even says that he would go to extreme lengths, possibly even war, to protect her. Despite acting cold and unstable, he shows moments of weakness and relies heavily on Mehen, who stays by his side even though he finds Valar difficult.

Then the story moves to Arel, she decides to reset her life goals. Her first goal is to become healthy because she knows her illness is serious. Since she has knowledge of the future from the novel she read, she believes there might be a way to cure herself. Her second goal is to protect Halbern in case she dies. She believes that as long as Mehen stays, Halbern will be safe, so she makes him promise not to leave. Her final goal is to enjoy her life and create happy memories with the people around her.

Arel also spends time playing music every day, which becomes a special event in the mansion. Everyone gathers to listen, and her performances bring joy to others. One day, the twins Ciel and Noel come to talk to her. Ciel suggests that Arel perform in a grand public hall, believing her music is too amazing to keep hidden. However, Arel refuses because her weak stamina makes it difficult. Noel disagrees with Ciel, but for a different reason because he wants Arel’s music to remain something special that only a few people can hear. This leads to an argument between the twins, something that has never happened before. They both turn to Arel and ask her to choose between them, leaving her confused and unsure of what to say.
So
Spoiler!
Arel accidentally caused a big fight between the twins, Ciel and Noel. They both blamed each other because they both wanted to spend time with her. Arel was shocked because the twins had never fought before, not even in the original story she knew. The fight became so serious that they stopped talking to each other for days. Everyone around them at the Sperom Manor was terrified because the twins were dangerous even when they got along, but when they fought, they made life miserable for everyone. Arel desperately tried to find a way to make them reconcile. She asked many people for advice, but none of them were helpful. The knights only joked around, and even her father and Mehen did not know how to handle friendship problems. Arel realized she barely had any normal friends at all. Finally, she remembered Pession and asked him for help through communication magic. Pession noticed that Arel cared a lot about the twins and even asked if she liked one of them. Arel became confused because she had never thought deeply about her feelings. She only knew the twins were annoying but still important friends to her. Pession then suggested going together to a festival, hoping the fun atmosphere would help the twins make up. Arel thought it was a brilliant idea.
Later
Spoiler!
At the festival, both twins arrived thinking they alone had been invited, so they immediately became upset when they saw each other. Pession stepped in and warned them not to ruin the outing. The twins stayed because they both wanted to be with Arel. They even asked to call her by a nickname, and she allowed it. Pession became jealous and annoyed seeing how close they were acting with her. Aaron later joined the group as well, and suddenly all the boys started competing for Arel’s attention in small ways. Even though the twins still argued, the group slowly started enjoying the festival together. Arel happily talked about how this was her first time going to a festival with friends and even her first time receiving pocket money. The others became strangely emotional hearing this because they realized how lonely and sheltered her life had been. They all started treating her more gently and promised to make the day enjoyable for her.

Later, Arel secretly tried helping Noel reconcile with Ciel. Noel admitted that this was their first real fight, so he did not know how to fix things. Since he and Ciel had always understood each other perfectly, fighting felt unfamiliar and uncomfortable.
During
Spoiler!
Their conversation, Arel easily identified Noel even though the twins were pretending to switch identities. Noel became shocked because almost nobody, not even their parents, could tell them apart. Arel explained that Noel’s voice sounded slightly lower than Ciel’s and that she had carefully learned the differences between them. Noel was deeply affected by this because people always treated him and Ciel as one pair instead of separate individuals. For the first time, someone truly recognized him as “Noel” and not simply “one of the twins.” This made him feel emotional and strangely happy, and he finally started understanding why Pession cared about Arel so much.
