No that's actually a very valid concern because even if I was doing this for a survival which is humiliating enough I wouldn't want someone to degrade me and humiliate me to the point of thinking of someone else while doing that. It's a human thing.
Not to mention this is one of the MC'S first times he's not experienced and he has always gone through this dilemma where everybody thinks he's scary and disgusting. This times in bed subconsciously might be the only time he felt wanted and desired by someone else other than his mother so I can imagine how traumatizing this experience is for him, to find out the ml has to fantacize about someone else while fuc**** him because he thinks he's disgusting, at least this is it from his point of view
