@The_Illusionist mby but both don't know I mean she was reborn and Michael wasn't reborn but he went through the time after he became the demon lord bcs she died in her previous live you know 
That means he don't know that she still remember her past live and she don't know that he traveled through the time to save her or see her IDKKKKK

@The_Illusionist I didn't thought of demon lord specifically, but yeah, it's obvious he went through something really dark. But what I think is that at that exact moment he connected some point with the wording she used "this time too", that maybe she remembers.
