Yahyul is a half dragon, and he's general dragon (important person like Godo) son, and succesor.

He will molt when yahyul and hwa hyun had fight because of misunderstanding aka hwa hyun know that yahyul was important half dragon feels disappointed and betrayed.  

Yahyul also kinda jealous (or mad?) At Godo, because godo is such helicopter brother so our ship had less time to flirt each other. And so he didnt even realize that he start to showing sign of molting. His head full with sa hwa hyun.

Yahyul really like kicked puppy when hwa hyun give him cold shoulder. He went to hwa hyun home, after some big fight with monster, he was injured so bad. Hwa hyun reject him but yahyul told hwa hyun that he will stay in front his door till morning if needed. And etc etc they fight inside hwa hyun home and suddenly yahyul start molting.

Molting was like giant coccon bcs how big yahyul true form is, the size was even bigger than hwa hyun home. Somehow hwa hyun trapped inside coccon with half dead yahyul for five days. Sa hwa hyun sing for yahyul entire time. (Molting ended on day 3, but they had snu snu for 2 days)

After molting yahyul become a dragon.
