If you read he already say he doesn't like omegas and that his bodyguard is a better not omega.

I'm pretty sure he is but not a normal one I think it called a recessive omega I dunno something like that

Replying to everyone ^^^ the bodyguard is an omega, but due to an accident, his scent/pheromone glands don't work properly. If he was a beta, he wouldn't be able to sense pheromones at all.
