@bartolomy Usually in real life before an@l s3x, the bottom will usually clean themselves up before having anything shove up their a**. They take a sh** and clean.

@bartolomy It's really not everyone who cleans themselves inside because it kills good bacteria, especially among couples who practice it often. In general the rec*** is clean but yes accidents can happen. In BL and p*rn the practice is very romanticized, in real life the 2 partners are aware of the facts. this is why this practice is often taboo!
