@Fefelovebl well if they were real people, I'd say that they have badly inflamed and possibly infected genitalia. I would also hospitalise them for a night while giving antibiotics to monitor their conditions and check for signs of sepsis. Realistically, jitae and mi eum's penises  would feel very hot and sensitive like a popped blister. Most likely the urethra would feel acidic and urine might be abnormal in colour or even have other fluids mixed in such as blood or puss.
