I already had read the raw chapters because I was impatient after the release of this chapter. I used an app translator to understand korean and I was really surprised who the culprit of the hickey is lol.

based on what I've understand, he just tried it out(or maybe not?👀) with the mc because he learned it from his friends from school. so while mc is sleeping he left it there and the mc's friends knew this.

@Swip my a** not yet decided I think, it's still wasn't confirmed in the raw chapters since it's still updating too, but in my point of view, I think seunghyeon and his relationship is more closer and a bit healthy¿
