Yeah i believe if someone who can do anything like MC have mastery on every skill, i would call him omnipotent

How stupid can you be? Omnipotent isn't "mastery" or somesht, it scales to transcend those, depends on the context but the true meaning is it's above the concept of Power etc. etc., You can call it nigh-opnipotent which can be scaled down at some point but not omnipotent itself.
