@Aki the legal age in japan was 13 just a few years ago 
this was changed to 16 only recently because of a phenomena where for some reason, who knows why, adult men would molest middle school aged children on the trains in japan and the customs of japan made it difficult for them to speak up for themselves. The change could only pass because a member of their parlement was dumb enough to say he shouldn't receive any backlash for having a 14 year old girlfriend 
as if that's not going to gain a massive amount of backlash by every female in japan
