@Kurou When one person wants another to choke them I think it's less about not wanting to breath, and more about trusting someone else with your whole life. The asphysiation part and loss of airflow can also lead to euphoria, but you can't do it with someone you don't know and the choking person Has to know what they're doing, safe words respected, etc. It's more about trust-building than wanting to be in pain/d1e from lack of air.
