I read that after yohan learns that jun knows his secret he will misunderstand and think that jun is gonna try to blackmail him idk so the bullying starts and yohan becomes distant toward jun and jun even breaks his leg due to the bullying that yohan caused and ends up in the hospital so yohan feels bad and apologizes to him but jun ignores him.
