Nah that's understandable. Her self-worth is dependent on his affection, his presence, that's very unhealthy. She's drunk, so she's obviously not thinking straight and relaying that in a self-depricating manner. On top of that, she's almost bargaining her body to him which (for him on the receiving end) isn't nice at all. Cause he loves her, and for him it's much more than the intercourse. But her desperate, self-objectifying, manner of expressing her fear of losing him also paints him as the shallow guy who's ready to leave whenever and only wants her body.
