i think there is A HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING between Uzuki, and Akao's death. By logic, its been a year since the dissapearance of Akao, and the body of Akao still in a good condition. So its either she die a natural death, or the poison is slowly biting her inside, and she asked for Uzuki to kill her instead. Uzuki, knowing that his brother would kill his friends if he knew that Uzuki didnt kill the one he told to, decided to not telling the truth and willingly to be label as the villain.
