Cauliflower ears! It happens in boxers if you get hit in the ears too much!
That's bc of blood if you get hit there while boxing etc it swollens up, but it's treatable
(Tho I'm not sure if everything is right but that's what I know so don't judge me)
boxers have ears like that, don't remember why but they just do
I didn't notice that until you mentioned it. I think he has a condition called cauliflower ear, its something fighters get because of getting their ear punched alot.
