@Gae for Gaes That kind sounds like this manga called "summoning a BL fan into another world". It's about a magical world where the main character who is a bl fan gets tp from truck kun too, (it's rilly good) and has to mate with the ML.  If he mates he can return seconds before his death home,but....

I'm talking about that one gangster who was transferred in a Beastly world where he is an omega... His Alpha is a prince named Varuna... Im not sure the gangster name Kotarou??
