@Adam Aica honestly, if it was me, I'd beat him up first before sitting down and have heart to soul conversation, I'd assure, by the end of it, it either he listened or his heart and soul gonna tremble to dust. 

P.s. there's a bit exaggeration on the latter part but it sums up my thoughts.
