@Mogi it was the ring Eunha gave him in chapter 32, she placed a curse on it. Then Yujin finally got the ring off Minu's finger in chapter 47 by sacrificing his merman form, and got his memories back.

@Mogi I would love if there's more! I'm just going based off baka-updates, that says the status is complete. The last chapters were sides & specials so I don't have my hopes up 😅
