Nah more likely the local supercluster of galaxies will be designated as a village at some point😂
This is a Village when we have a chief, this is a town whe we have a mayor so No matter the size as long as the MC remains a village chief he can do what he wants.
Pretty sure yeah, since it's a level up thingy. It will level up to that for sure
Maybe its a growth talent. Village > Town > City > Kingdom?
Kingdom > Empire (cause they are usually bigger)
