First, kidnap the girls, beat them up, make them blind, then cut their tongue so they won't be able to talk, do the same with their ears, make them paralized, sell their organs like kidneys, but only 1 kidney, even take out their eyes carefully to sell them on the dark web. Once you're done. Theu'll be too traumatized. Their lives will be a living he**. It's the best punishment for them.
You can do the same to the guys, cut off their meats and do the same in the dark. Stay silent, don't let them hear you so they won't be able to recognize you.
