@Angeldelamuerte I agree, but I also think it’s not that Alfonso isn't smart ,rather, he is simply not used to seeing people being so mean and vindictive. Compared to the other protagonist, he has had an easier life and hasn’t had to endure hatred without reason or humiliation. He’s not vindictive and has a heart of gold, which is admirable, but it’s useless in a fight where the enemy will do anything to win and doesn’t take the high road.
