I find it interesting that up until they got out of the cave or rather, before the first cave, he kept getting struck by lightning and almost killed continiously..

..after the Baron-arc or what you might call it, the "bad luck" or whatever situation havent occoured not even once.

It just conviniently hasnt been an issue for all the time he went to the prison and up to now..
