Can someone please explain this "wish" thing and what "fake wishes" are.... cause wtf is going on

@Reader I think that the Omega make wish for the alpha so that he can stabilise his rut. The Omega himself said this in this chapter

@Reader from outside it looks like the Omega is making wish for the alpha but those wishes are not made by heart. In reality the omega wish that the Alpha will die soon so that he could be free from him.
