Ahh so for anyone who is confused Chii San used to like his friend called Hisashii and the guy who he used to date was also called Hisashii, and from the looks of it the ex knew he liked his friend Hisashii and probably used that against him. It seems like they were all friends from High School or something like that but I could be wrong.
