In Chapter 82 ,you can see that ilum guy talking to someone through telepathy, and that is rona.
Rona gave some kinda drug to keep consume to that one ilum guy or something to improve strength or something .. as yall know drug is a huge NoNo.. it part of her scheme and planning to destroy rotsgard .. ilum is that guy the one at the start when kuzunoha just arrived at rotsgord. he also stalking luria? also always jealous of kuzunoha.
Some kinda big incident will happen. it will happen at some kinda tournament in that academy and rotsgard later on... thats is "affair" that rona mention.. kuzunoha and co. doesnt know about it until it happen .. so i assuming that "affair" she mention

@Imran Norizam about his telepathy that time, I always wondering who's he talking with but it turn out to be Rona??? And this "incident", is part of her plan too???
