I think I've said this before if you can't upload and publish than give it to someone else. I apologize if I'm being rude but it again makes no difference who does or doesn't post this, it just needs to be accurately translated. Or if you do decide to post saying you don't want someone else to pick it up at least use notice as the title not the chapter
