@AnneRainne He will not let Dan to explain and Dan may not be able to explain too. Because Dan also has no idea what has happened.
If he win, the worse case scenario will be Dan to leave the house + end the contract + verbal abusing + Dan maybe lost his job
But if he lost, the worse case scenario will be He will throw away Dan from the house + throw the contract + physical and verbal abusing + Dan will lost his job
