@How did I end up here? my personal favorite is "Artificial Body Temperature 36.7°C" but its hard to find and isn't finished, plus if you do manage to find it you'll most likely have to self-translate like I did.

If not that, then I recommend "Tadokoro-san", it's really good, too.
