@Kaalimari kawaii is definitely worse than ueno, I prefer the type of bully that says the truth and has a reason then the type of bully that just wants al the attention and acts like a pick me to destroy ONE person, of course ueno is also horrible but in her case it's jealousy (she likes ishida but he likes nishimiya) but kawaii does it for attention and always wants to be the victim for fun so that she fully destroys and the enemy mentally  and takes their place in life but ueno can't because she doesn't want to be the victim she wanted to be the leader including violence , bullying , ..... , .In her own way 
AND NO I AM NOT DEFENDING UENO JUST RESPONDED THAT THEY'RE BOTH BI*CHES BUT KAWAII'S WORSE!
