@Itachi's crow I'm sure she has, giving the fact she believed she could deceive the emperor that theor isn't thier son. On the ither hand I believe she felt that Theor was more important and his safety. Giving the fact she was second hardly doubting her capabilities of keeping him safe, as seen in the pass few chapters with the hardships he went through if not granted enough protection. So therefore, this is all forthe sake of theor's safety, since (most) mothers cherish their children, and will put out their child over themselves, like a mother's responsibility.
