ML finds out through his investigation that...MC's "parents" are not his biological parents. He finds the nurse who switched MC and Nanyi at birth. ML doesn't tell MC about this until he confirms through DNA testing who his real biological parents are.
Long story short (skipping some things)- Nanyi gets the other roommate to push MC down the stairs. MC & ML decided to announce the truth on live TV(and uses the evidence found from the investigation) - it is a big and satisfying face slap!!!
