  mmmmmmmmm this will be long but hopefully it makes sense:

basically ML rejected MC when he tried to tell him he likes him, mc quit his job and was super sad but kept messaging ml to have s** with him after meeting him by chance on the street while being drunk, ml agreed but denied him kisses or affective gestures. MC was hurting himself by doing this but he indulged in the fact that ML never said no.

After some begging from MC even in these encounters ML sometimes allowed him to kiss him, ML started to be colder with him every encounter but still being a softie by the end of it each time. So it basically looked like they were getting very close again and ML was having some feelings, so mc was thinking it would be ok to talk about the relationship. They met and after they did their thing ML told MC to shower and after that he wanted to talk to him (which sounded like it was going to be a confession, and that's probably what it was)

 

BUT THEN. the pink haired dude that chased after ML, appeared (I don't remember if ML opened the door for him or smth, they were done and getting ready for bed and he was.. like just there sitting in the room) when MC was showering so it was a situation of ML saying in front of MC that they weren't together and that pink hair was annoying because pink hair was pressuring them about the situation, but still that was like an ice bucket on MC who decided to say goodbye at that moment for good. 

MC decided to disappear and travel to japan feeling finally free after what ML said. but as soon as he came back ML was at his door asking him to go out with him, but MC expressed it was too late for that because of how he made him feel. and now ML is the one to fall crazy over heels for him and MC being a huge NO sign.

ML got very desperate about MC now not liking him anymore and blocked all possibilities of mc for getting a new job so then he went to ML who admitted to doing it on purpose to get him to get back. then threatened to hurt MCs friends and family to force him to give him a chance. MC kept saying no so ML kinda begged he let him do him 10 times and then he would leave him alone. when there were 2 or 3 times left, ML just went ahead and kidnapped him. sent messages to the very gangster looking brother posing as mc and apparently also changed his whole personality to a strange shy person he never was lmao.
