for bookmarking, click on a manga/manhwa and you will be taken to a page that shows their information like author, genres, chapters, etc.
then, they have a little orange button next to the 'read now' option. click on that, then simply select the category you want and you're done ^^
for notifications, they show when someone interacts with your comment, for example liking it, disliking it, replying, etc.
they also give you a notification if some person replies to a reply under your comment (not directly to you, but to that person)
or if you reply under a comment and then another person replies to that person, you'll also see a notification.
