Spoiler!
When Deborah visits the guild master, she notices he seems to be in a bad mood. She talks to him about business matters, including customer complaints about her coffee drinks. The guild master appears disappointed that she only discusses business with him and hints that he wants a closer relationship. The guild master offers Deborah information about anyone she wants to investigate, even powerful nobles, and repeatedly tries to be helpful. Deborah instead asks whether magic exists that can erase specific memories. He says no such magic exists, as far as he knows. Deborah is disappointed because she had hoped there might be a way to erase some embarrassing memories. Deborah notices that he seems just as fixated on her as Isidor is, making it more awkward and complicated. While watching him tap his fingers on the table, she suddenly remembers an embarrassing memory. Earlier, she had blurted out that she liked men with large hands who could play the piano well. Since the Guild Master fits that description, remembering it now makes her feel awkward and flustered. The Guild Master notices that Deborah seems distracted and worried. She tries to hide her feelings and act normal, but he can tell that something is bothering her. After getting the information she came for, Deborah ends the conversation and leaves. On her way home, Deborah keeps thinking about the Guild Master's unusual offer. He had offered to expose someone's secrets for free. This confuses her because he is known for only doing things when there is profit involved. She wonders if he knows about the proposal from House Montes and was trying to help her reject it. Even so, she cannot understand why he would help without asking for anything in return. The story then shifts to Isidor. Isidor visits the Academy wearing his White Knights uniform and immediately attracts attention because of his good looks. The Fifth Princess speaks with him and invites him to join her mana research group, but he politely declines because he is there to see Deborah.
✕The princess tells him that Deborah has been very busy teaching at the Academy and may not show up. Isidor thinks Deborah might have been avoiding him since the recent party, but he is not certain. As he heads toward the Department of Magic, Isidor reflects on his feelings for Deborah. At first, he thought his interest in her was just curiosity. As an information broker, he enjoyed uncovering secrets, and Deborah's intelligence and confidence challenged him. However, he now realizes that his feelings have changed. He constantly thinks about her, notices every detail about her, and feels happiest when she is around. When Deborah finally appears, she looks cold and serious at first. But after noticing Isidor, she gives him a small smile. Although she tries to maintain her usual calm image, the tips of her ears turn red. This suggests that Deborah is embarrassed and may also have romantic feelings for Isidor.
I like to post spoilers for the stories I find interesting because I don't have much time to read novel due to busy schedule you will find me in most romantic historical manhwa comment sections
