@Cheesecake00 i get that but at the same time it just felt like (i know this is fiction) kind of unrealistic that “love” made him discover his feelings and “empathy” along the way,, it was okay to a certain point but having read some (not all) of the novel in the ending so many things were inconclusive and the whole plot about the relationship with his parents was so unfinished,, it just felt like i was reading someone trying to sugarcoat stuff,, ill give him he accepted what he did, he apologized and done,, but it just felt FORCED
@swoqiqi it’s just what i think,, maybe the forced part comes in the context of his disorder where Dane is everything to him and he logically starts putting pieces together in his mind of how to make him stay,, so Dane is like apologize and he just goes and apologize but idk i read that part and it just felt like he was there to complete a mission only for Dane without genuine thought,, anywho im more than willing to watch this s*t and how they keep adapting it love the art style
