They had an agreement. The MC was “selling” his body to the ML in exchange for help finding his father and getting out of the city, that’s the plot. And yes, they’re sleeping together a lot because that’s the entire arrangement. He was even given a stimulant to make sure he’d go through with sleeping with the club ppl, which is why they’re currently having s**.
It’s a BL centred around a transactional relationship. This isn’t rocket science.
