@Yuri Goddess well yes i fully agree, but in this story the victim was the one who contracted this guy, it's not like this guy would do this by himself, he's being paid to do a service his client asked him to do... so we should blame the people who contracted the guy he's just getting paid for his job (even if we all perfectly know it is really bad)
