I genuinely don't get female leads like this. All that beauty and prowess wasted on a male lead who doesn't deserve it. Whatever atrocity the male lead has committed, one apology from him is enough to capture your heart again? Isn't that just pathetic? Devaluing yourself. Meanwhile, a second lead will rot away wondering what he did wrong despite doing every right thing he can to the female lead.
