@ZHENNYLAYSAR same here, but i think I'm going crazy like I'm feeling scared to even close my eyes these days at night for some reason and I love sleeping alone but it just doesn't feel right for a few days now, idk if it's because of my stress but I feel like I'm constantly being watched ig even if no one standing in the room....I don't even believe in ghosts it's stupid but it's not that it's just my fear i have never been like this god I'm also on my periods idk
