I downloaded an self-care app just a few days ago and all of the sudden some cute green bird which I named Kiwi is the reason why I do sport clean my room and take care of my unhygienic a**
This app is magical for no reason
And I never drank this much water before like 1,5 liter in one day??? I would never been able to do that without a bird tellin me to do it

It's a really simple but cute app
U can also write reflections and do like morning stretches and I think yoga?
There are goals and all of that it's a really good app I am not regretting it one bit that I downloaded the app
