I would love to try Chai (and not chai Tea, imagine saying tea tea! >:(, jokes lololol)
I never liked tea but I did once like it, it often tastes bland but a person once made me tea and it actually tasted good and relaxed me to the point i fell asleep just after finishing my cup (#never happened, #rare occurrence, #miracle of a century, #I'm insomniac)
If Chai does have flavor that can help you relax, I would love to hear your suggestions
