I don't see why it's hated. They were so close in their previous life. He was all she had. And now after they've both passed and were reincarnated, and to be siblings at that, I couldn't even imagine the emotion of them being together again. It's probably overwhelming. She truly loved him because when she was dying he made her feel welcome, alive, and wanted. He thoroughly enjoyed her company, and treated her as a little sister wanting to do everything to make her happy. Now that they're together again how can anyone hate their emotions for one another?
