Here we call it "rice with milk". Grandmas always cook that and add chocolate, vanilla or cinnamon
What do you add in your country? I'm pretty curious

@Monn in Turkey we call it sütlaç which means food (aş in old Turkish) and süt (milk) we generally use cinnamon and we oven it too for it to have a cokked brownish laye
@Monn It's also rice with milk here. My mom sometimes makes it if she isn't in the mood to cook anything great. As a side dish, she will buy some spicy snacks and that will be the dinner.
@Monn here is "sweet rice", very common in winter and on country side, warm, sweet and with cinnamonand grated coconut, theres a very popular version with hominy instead of rice too, love it
