Me too! To me they are just a nuisance that could be avoided. I don't understand why in most manhwa there is this fixation on second couples, even and especially in the readers, who when the second couple arrives do nothing but cheer, while I just think, "Oh no, there's the second couple, how boring!" and often feel like dropping. Fortunately, there are authors who confine second couples in side stories so as not to spoil the main story. For me, though, one should focus on the main couple and that's it, without disturbing the story with other annoying couples.
