OK so I thought that they are the same/similar age (13-15) but one of them has pierced lip and a tattoo?

@DaxxDom they're the same age he's just supposed to be kind of like a rebel who does stuff that he's not supposed to one of his friends probably did both of them or something along those lines
@DaxxDom in my state you can get a tattoo and piercing as long as your parents sign a form and they have to show your birth certificate and go through a lot of paper work
