@Cute bunny Idk if I am late or not but in my opinion you should try to talk to him and when I say directly I don't mean to go and confront him directly as it might scare him because he may not be sure of how exactly you feel about him.
So if you do feel the same then try to talk to him with the same tone like make him feel that yes you are aware of his presence and doings and only after confirmation try to confess. However if you are not interested then you should try to make him feel safe like it's okay to have such feelings and then politely reject him so that rather having a regret of one sided love he could happily move on with happy memories....either way I hope it results as a good experience for you...ALL THE BEST if you choose to confront him.
