i understand that why he always acting stupid like this bcs he think that bas**** already help him a lot and give all his trust on him...poor him...i hope theres no happy ending for them and the mc escape

i think at the end, the mc falls off a cliff and "lost" his memory. Then afterwards the ml acts nicer with him and took care of him. I got that from another spoiler comment
